Yes, there is a good bakery, Boulangerie Petit, a 2-minute walk from Les Glycines, open every day from 6:30am to 1pm. In the afternoon again from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Closed on Sunday afternoon and all Monday.
Opposite the bakery you will find the supermarket “Les Copains du Marché” with good, local products. Also closed on Sunday afternoon and all Monday.
A large excellent supermarket is the Super U, very well stocked and at a 10-minutes drive from Les Glycines.
On the same business park you will also find a Lidl, the organic supermarket Marcel and a lot of other shops.
In the information corner in the hallway our guests can find a list with restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is a good idea to ask Sheila for a reservation.
Not in Mison but in Laragne, a 6-minute drive from Les Glycines, or Sisteron 12 minutes driving from our accommodation. Both towns have a couple of cash machines. The Super U also disposes of a cash machine.
Until the beginning of July and from the end of August you can have breakfast with us from 08:00 to 09:30. In July and August we do not serve breakfast.
Until the beginning of July and from the end of August we provide – on request – a two-course evening meal, all prepared with fresh and regional products. On the evenings that we are not cooking, we are happy to reserve a restaurant for you.
Normally on the 1st of May. At night we cover up our swimming pool, in the morning we remove the cover. Unless it is too hot, then you can swim day and night!
You will find the summerkitchen outside on the big terrace, the kitchen is only covered by the wysteria. The kitchen is available for our room guests, on the evenings we do not cook. It disposes of: a gascooker with a singing teakettle to make coffee and tea. Cold and warm water, kitchen towels, pots, crockery and cuttlery. Pepper and salt.
The summer kitchen is normally open and available as from April (depending on the weather).
